Getting Big

Abigail is 8 months old now. It is crazy to me how big she is getting and all she is learning. She started clapping a couple of weeks ago and it is so cute. She also started doing the army crawl / scoot last week and it won't be long until she is actually full on crawling. She likes green vegetables, garden vegetables, does not like squash, tolerates sweet peas and loves sweet carrots. She is so fun and loves to get into everything.

Happy Halloween!

The first pictures are of us carving pumkins for Family Home Evening. Mine is the witch and Richard's is the one that looks like it is screaming. I convinced Richard to dress up this year and thought I was pretty clever coming up with the zoo keeper idea. I was going to be a zoo animal as well but couldn't come up with something on such short notice. Maybe next year we will think of something sooner.

7 months

Wow time has sure flown by. Abigail is 7 months now and cuter than ever. She loves to sit and play with her toys and roll all over the place. She is not crawling yet but she loves to stand and will try to pull herself up using anything she can grab, including my hair. She is eating more solids now and we haven't found anything she hasn't liked ( fingers crossed). She has started reaching for people when she wants to go to them and will give hugs and kisses sometimes. She can be a bit of a mommy's girl but still loves her daddy. We love this girl to pieces and can't believe she is growing up so fast.

6 Month photos

Here are some of the Abigail's 6 month pictures. I think some of them turned out really cute. I was trying to get a picture of her with her monkey so you could see how much bigger she has gotten but she didn't want to just lay next to it.

Birthday Time

So September is birthday month around here. We celebrated Richard and his sister's birthday earlier this week. It was a lot of fun.

Cousins

So a couple of weeks ago my sister and her girls came and stayed with us while her husband attended a conference in town. While she was here we got to go to the zoo. The first picture is what I saw on the morning we went to the zoo.

Befor they left Rich took some pictures of her girls. Then we took some of all three girls.

It was so fun having them live close by so that we can see them often. I hope our girls will be great friends.

Forgot about these

So I forgot that when we went to Temple Square a couple of weeks ago we had some pictures taken at the Family History Center. They do these pictures for free and then you e-mail them to yourself. I think it is a neat idea.

6 Months

I can not believe my baby girl is 6 months old now! She had her well check on Thrusday and all looks good. She is 13.4 lbs which is still just below the 10th% and 25 in long, which is just below the 25th%. Her head is 17.5 in. Abigail is such a happy baby. She is sitting up by her self for the most part, rolls every where, loves to talk and laugh, and recently has started liking to blow rasberries. We started her on cereal a couple of weeks ago. She didn't know what to think at first but loves is now. We did take a video but for some reason it is not working on our computer. When we figure it out I will put it up.

Abigail is now 5 months old. It is crazy how fast the time is going. She is so cute and makes us smile all the time.
