La Pointe du Hoc
So after the cemetery we traveled a little bit down the road to La Pointe du Hoc which is one of the actual places that the troops stormed and came up at. It was really cool to see and go there. It still had the holes from bomb blasts as well as bunkers, gun turrets, and barb wire. The boys never wanted to leave.
