The Story

So after Notre Dame we decided to leave the big group and our group went on our own. We had a lot of other things that we wanted to see that day. So we started out by trying to go to the palace of Justice and see things around there but the wait was going to be way long. Here is a picture of the Palace of Justice anyway as well as a cool fountain,







I think these are from the bus tour but I can't remember. This is a statue of Joan of Ark and then the Opera House.





After this we went to the Musee d'Orsay. Unfortunately I don't have pictures because cameras weren't allowed. It was cool but it was under renovation so some of the more famouse paintings where in like Austrelia or something so that was a bummer. So after that we decided that we would split up for a little bit because we had some people that wanted to go shopping at one place and the rest wanted to go somewhere different. We had a designated time and place to meet at and then we were going to go to the Hard Rock Cafe for dinner. So me, Richard, Brandon, Tyler, Sammie, and Mandy all went to the mall while Kay, Dathan, and Alex went the other way to a different store. So we all went to the mall and then left to meet at the stairs of the opera house at the designated time. Well they weren't here yet but we figured no big deal they are just running a little late. So we waited, and waited, and waited. Well it was getting pretty late and cold and we were all getting hungry. So after they were like an hour late we decided that we would just make our way back to the hotel and they would figure that that is where we would be. So we finally got to the right underground station and got back to the hotel. Well they weren't there so we went to McDonald's for dinner and then back to the hotel. By this time they were back and needless to say Kay was pretty worried about us. Well it turns out that they were running late and figured that we would have tried to find our way to the Hard Rock so that is where they went. So I really wanted to get to the Hard Rock especially since we hadn't gotten to go in London. So the group of us that hadn't all ready go decided we wanted to go and Kay came with us. So we went to the Hard Rock and bought our souvenirs and then most of us just got dessert because we had just barely eaten. It was fun and I am glad we went.

After our dessert we headed back to the hotel and went to bed. It was like after one by this time.
